"Montevideo's debut album, titled Come Clean, was released in Finland April 5th by Stupido Records. Lyrically, the albums carrying themes are those closest to humanity itself: the quest to find one's true self and place in life. Also present are observations of everyday-life, people and relationships. Montevideo's soulful, airy and catching songs have drawn comparisons to such contemporaries as Death Cab For Cutie and Doves. The album has received a 'warm welcome from music fans and critics alike, and made it to 28 on Finland's official album chart."
